Bakery Production Associates

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ice, smooth, and decorate cakes according to quality standards. Assist with the preparation and production of cookies, brownies, and other baked goods. Assemble, sort, prep, slice, and prepare products for packaging. Operate production and packaging equipment as assigned. Mix icing and ingredients following established procedures. Label, package, and palletize finished products. Inspect products to ensure quality, appearance, and food safety standards are met. Identify and report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors. Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Use production tools, including knives, safely and effectively when required. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, bakery, food processing, or assembly environment is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent use of hands for handling products and operating equipment. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed. Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
