This is not a sit-still, clock-in position - it's a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being part of something growing and exciting.Executive SupportAct as a proactive extension of the executive in daily operations.Manage schedules, meetings, travel itineraries, and follow-ups.Track business and personal to-do lists, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Client & Team CommunicationCommunicate professionally with clients, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and text.Serve as a key point of contact when the executive is in the field or traveling.Support customer service needs and help maintain strong client relationships.Marketing & Social MediaAssist with implementing social media strategies and posting schedules.Help craft brand-appropriate messages and creative marketing ideas.Support promotional campaigns, photoshoots, and small event coordination.Administrative & General SupportPrepare documents, proposals, presentations, and correspondence.Organize and manage digital files, project photos, and receipts.Take initiative to streamline systems and anticipate needs before they arise.Project Coordination & Follow-UpEnter new projects into internal systems and track all related details.Follow up with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.Maintain visibility on open tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
