This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional to grow their career while working closely with experienced Project Managers on high-impact, large-scale work.The Opportunity✅ Assistant Project Manager: Support multiple projects and PMs across all phases of construction✅ Ideal for a candidate with a strong organizational mindset and interest in growing into a full PM roleWhat You'll Be Doing✅ Prepare contract documentation, including subcontract agreements, change orders, and material purchase orders for PM review✅ Enter and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation in Procore✅ Compile monthly invoices and review customer billing requirements per contract✅ Maintain project file integrity and manage site-specific access requirements✅ Prepare for, support, and document weekly project meetings✅ Support Project Managers with day-to-day duties as neededWhat You Bring🔷 Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management (or equivalent experience)🔷 Experience on large-scale ground-up commercial projects. High-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education strongly preferred🔷 Ability to support multiple projects and multiple project managers simultaneously🔷 Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office🔷 Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize🔷 Strong written, oral, and digital communication skills🔷 Self-motivated, accountable, and a natural relationship builder.
