Pro Sight Talent is partnering with a Northwest Ohio dealership to hire a Territory Sales Manager specializing in agricultural and construction equipment. This outside-sales role focuses on farming and farm-site/customer visits. You will own a defined territory, build relationships, demonstrate equipment, and coordinate trade-ins, financing, and service plans while traveling throughout the territory. A base plus commission structure with a $90k guarantee in the first six months and an $8,500
