You'll gain hands-on experience creating content, supporting communication campaigns, contributing to social media and digital storytelling efforts, and collaborating with professionals across the organization.This is more than a traditional internship. You'll work on meaningful projects that develop your communication, research, project management, and business skills while building relationships with leaders and professionals across the company.This position is intended for students who are actively pursuing a degree while attending a college or university within commuting distance of Omaha, Nebraska and are interested in building real-world communications experience within Union Pacific's Corporate Relations team. During the academic year, this position offers a flexible schedule averaging approximately 20 hours per week. Interns are expected to work primarily onsite at Union Pacific Center in Omaha, Nebraska, with some flexibility for remote work as approved by their manager. Interns are also expected to work full-time in Omaha, Nebraska, during the summer portion of the internship.This role provides hands-on experience while allowing you to build your skills alongside experienced communications professionals.The estimated wage for this position is between$21-$25 per hour.
