About the role
- Manage the recruitment, reservation, and accounts payable processes for groups utilizing the camp.2. Service Provision:
- Ensure the provision of high-quality service to groups using the camp site, meeting and exceeding their expectations.3. Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, meet with potential groups, make presentations at events, and actively promote the camp as an ideal natural environment for various events.4. Supervision and Staff Development:
- Supervise Group and Family Camp activities and programs, conduct staff reviews, hold staff meetings, and provide ongoing training to ensure continuous staff development.5. Communication and Teamwork:
- Work closely with all camp staff to communicate group needs effectively and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.6. Quality Improvement:
- Lead the staff team in continuous quality improvement initiatives to strengthen branch operations and promote effective teamwork.7. Special Events and Programs:
- Take the lead in developing and implementing the July fireworks event, and provide assistance in challenge course facilitation and summer camp/trip transportation.8. Budget Management:
- Develop and monitor the budget to meet expectations for the branch's financial status.
