Just as importantly, we’ve built a business model that makes advanced wound care easier to adopt. Customers can access our technology without purchasing expensive capital equipment, allowing Vaporox to expand quickly across skilled nursing facilities, wound clinics, and hospitals.We’re a small, entrepreneurial company competing in a large market, with 14 patents protecting our technology and an experienced leadership team. We’re growing quickly, challenging established approaches to wound care, and looking for people who want to have a visible impact on where the company goes next. If you have the drive and the people skills, we will teach you the rest.Job Description:We are looking for a high-energy Sales Associate to support our sales and Customer Success teams and help keep opportunities moving forward. This is a fast-paced, highly interactive role for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and takes pride in getting things done. We care more about raw talent, curiosity, and work ethic than a specific resume, and we are willing to train the right person.The Sales Associate will coordinate customer and prospect follow-up, schedule meetings and demonstrations, assist with proposals and sales materials, maintain accurate CRM information, and track opportunities, commitments, and next steps. You will communicate directly with customers and prospects and represent Vaporox professionally and enthusiastically. Some customer prospecting and outreach to new accounts is also part of the role.This is not a passive administrative position. We want someone who takes initiative, follows up relentlessly, manages multiple priorities and deadlines, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. The right person will be outgoing and persuasive while also organized, dependable, and disciplined. You do not need a background in medical devices or wound care. We will train you on our technology, our customers, and our sales process, and you will work closely with our leadership team while you learn. With success this role will create numerous career advancement opportunities. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary:                            $65,000 to $75,000 Bonus:                                     NegotiableVaporox offers an exciting benefits package, including PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and stock options.Responsibilities:Support the sales and customer success teams throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial prospecting through implementationCoordinate and schedule customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up activitiesCommunicate directly with prospects and customers to keep opportunities and projects moving forwardTrack opportunities, commitments, and next steps, ensuring nothing falls through the cracksMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot, including contacts, opportunities, activities, and follow-upAssist with proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales materialsSupport prospecting and outbound sales activitiesPrepare sales reports and help track key performance metricsCoordinate internally with sales, customer success, clinical, and operations teamsTake ownership of special projects and other priorities as the company growsRequirements and PreferencesSome experience in sales, customer success, or another customer-facing role is helpful, but not required. Early-career candidates with the right drive are encouraged to applyStrong written and verbal communication skillsOutgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging directly with customers and prospectsHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailSelf-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple prioritiesComfortable with everyday business software. CRM or HubSpot experience is a plus, and we will train you on our systemStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow within a sales organizationCoachable and eager to learn.
