RETS Associates on behalf of its client, a privately owned, San Francisco-based OFFICE FOCUSED real estate investment firm w/ 90+ years of experience and a diversified portfolio across major U.S. markets is seeking a Office Senior Property Manager in Seattle, WA. The SPM will lead day-to-day operations of a 500K SF Class A office portfolio in Seattle. This role will serve as the on-site leader, overseeing building operations, tenant relations, financial performance, capital projects, vendors, and the property management team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the Property Manager and on-site team. Oversee annual operating budgets, financial reporting, expenses, and capital project budgets. Oversee major tenant improvements, capital projects, and construction activities. Manage tenant and vendor relationships and ensure a high level of service. Partner with the Asset Manager on strategic planning, capital improvements, and asset-level initiatives.
Qualifications: 10–15+ years of commercial property management experience - Class A office focused. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, leasing, contracts, and capital projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong judgment, professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
