This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership.About the Job:Serve as a strategic partner to the COO, helping manage priorities, optimize executive time, and support key organizational initiativesManage complex calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and executive logisticsPrepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, dashboards, and meeting materials to support leadership decision-makingCompile, analyze, and synthesize operational data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level summariesMonitor key initiatives, action items, and organizational priorities, ensuring projects remain on track and stakeholders remain informedCoordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, retreats, and cross-functional initiatives from preparation through follow-upServe as a communication bridge between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders, helping maintain alignment and information flow across the organizationBuild strong relationships across departments while exercising professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentSupport process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve operational efficiencyAssist with technology adoption, reporting systems, and digital tools that support productivity and organizational effectivenessConduct research, gather information, and prepare recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-makingManage expense reporting, travel coordination, vendor communication, and administrative operations in support of executive leadershipCompetitive base salary + discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision; 401(k)About You:5+ years of Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or similar experience supporting senior leadershipStrong business acumen with the ability to analyze information, identify trends, and communicate insights effectivelyExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyHigh emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, navigate sensitive situations, and maintain a professional presenceOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondenceResourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong follow-through and attention to detailComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and organizational changeStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and business systemsQuick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, platforms, and processesBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experienceFull time in office: 7:45 am 5:00 pm with occasional availability outside of standard business hours.
