Job SummaryThe Administrative Analyst provides administrative, operational, and reporting support to ensure the efficient execution of daily business functions. This role is responsible for tracking and maintaining reports, managing data within workforce management and business systems, supporting scheduling and timekeeping processes, and assisting leadership with operational reporting and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Essential ResponsibilitiesTrack, compile, maintain, and distribute operational and workforce reports.Input, verify, and maintain data within company systems and databases.Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in reporting, scheduling, and workforce records.Generate recurring reports and provide analytics to support management decision-making.Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with company requirements.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for operational teams.Assist with employee onboarding documentation and administrative processes.Support payroll and timekeeping administration by reviewing records and identifying discrepancies.Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.Maintain confidential employee and operational information.Assist with workforce management functions, including staffing and scheduling support.Support compliance reporting and documentation requirements.Collaborate with operations, payroll, human resources, and leadership teams to ensure accurate information flow.Provide administrative support for special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.Utilize TrackTik and other business systems to support workforce management, reporting, and operational tracking.QualificationsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support, reporting, data management, operations support, or a related role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.Experience working in an analyst, reporting, workforce management, or operations support role.Experience using TrackTik or similar workforce management, scheduling, or timekeeping systems.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.Experience supporting payroll, scheduling, staffing, or workforce administration processes.Experience working in a contract, transportation, security, logistics, or operations-driven environment.Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability/Veteran.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
