Responsibilities: Reviewing and drafting legal documents including various contracts, policies and memorandums Assist attorneys on real estate, construction, financing, HR, insurance and risk management matters Assist with special projects for Authority departments and business partners Assist in responding to public record requests Conducting legal research and preparing memorandums Using applicable software including Microsoft Office and contract management systems Performing other duties as assigned (e.g., maintaining logs and records management) Your “Landing” will be smooth if you meet the following requirements:
Requirements: Must be a 2L or 3L law student at an ABA accredited law school with a strong academic record Minimum 2.5 GPA required Ability to multi-task in an active environment Ability to work 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible day shift hours, from January 2027 - May 2027
