Role Description:
The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Viera, FL. This role supports the agency’s leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, social media, accounting, and preparation of documents and reports. The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle clerical tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and processing paperwork. This role also assists with internal communication, supports office workflows, and helps ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients and team members.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and document management. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including calendar coordination, meeting support, and handling confidential information. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Phone Etiquette skills when interacting with clients and colleagues. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic computer skills. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be able to work on-site full time, collaborate effectively with a team, and maintain a professional demeanor with clients. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
