What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact, greeting every customer with a warm and professional attitude Manage appointments and walk-ins, keeping things running smoothly Answer phone calls & customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Assist with sales of grooming products and services Keep the shop looking sharp by maintaining cleanliness and organization Process transactions & handle POS operations Support the team with various administrative & salon tasks
