About the role

We are seeking an experienced skid steer operator to assist with general site work at a residential development in Leadville. The primary focus will be grading, spreading topsoil and job site cleanup. This is an opportunity to join a small, efficient construction team with an ongoing pipeline of homes.
Responsibilities: Assist with light grading and site preparation as needed. Spread and grade topsoil in landscaped areas. Operate skid steer for general job site cleanup. Work closely with the superintendent and subcontractors.
Qualifications: Experience operating a skid steer, preferably on residential construction sites. Comfortable performing light grading and backfilling. Ability to work safely around completed structures and utilities. Reliable, hardworking, and able to take direction. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate equipment efficiently, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. Opportunity for continued work as the development progresses.
