About the role

Alvarez & Marsal seeks an Assistant General Counsel to support service line commercial matters in our Tampa, FL office. You will report to a senior member of the A&M legal department, advising on contracts and risk in a fast-paced environment. You will draft, review, and negotiate client engagements, confidentiality, vendor, and ancillary agreements, identify risk, and collaborate with corporate teams to drive the contracting process while aligning with laws and company policies.
