About the role
Radiology Technologist (Part-Time) Part-Time, Regular | Variable Schedule (Days, Nights, and Weekends as Needed)
Compensation: $28-$32/hour, based on experience

Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and clinical teams to ensure imaging excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Achievements & Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs through accurate patient positioning, immobilization techniques, and imaging parameter selection, ensuring diagnostic accuracy and reducing the need for repeat exams.
Maintain examination room readiness by preparing imaging equipment, supplies, and materials to support efficient patient flow and timely care delivery.
Supervise and train radiology students and newly hired technologists, contributing to clinical competency, adherence to imaging standards, and workforce development.
Promote patient safety and regulatory compliance by monitoring equipment performance, identifying concerns, and reporting unusual occurrences promptly.
Partner with radiologists and ordering providers to optimize imaging studies, improve diagnostic outcomes, and support effective patient treatment plans.
Assist in documenting and communicating critical imaging findings to facilitate timely clinical intervention and care coordination.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining quality, safety, and service excellence standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (or eligibility to obtain certification within six months of program completion).Knowledge of radiographic procedures, patient positioning, image quality standards, and radiation safety practices.
