We are seeking a Databricks Architect to design and implement scalable data and analytics platforms using the Databricks ecosystem. The architect will work with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders to develop modern data architectures that support analytics, machine learning, reporting, and business intelligence. Responsibilities include designing data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, data models, governance frameworks, and integration solutions. The role will also focus on performance optimization, security, access management, data quality, and cost management across large-scale data environments. The successful candidate will establish technical standards and guide engineering teams in implementing reliable and maintainable data solutions. Skills Databricks Lakehouse architecture Python and SQL Data engineering and ETL/ELT Data modeling Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Data governance and security Data quality and observability Streaming and batch processing APIs and data integration Performance optimization CI/CD for data platforms Technical architecture and documentation Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical field. A master’s degree and Databricks or cloud certifications are valuable.
