JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Supports the legal department on a wide variety of legal matters, including M&A, commercial transactions,
contract review, real estate purchases and acquisitions, regulatory matters, and corporate governance
  • Envisions, creates, and maintains the Company's new centralized repository of legal files and folders
  • Assists in corporate filings and updates with Secretaries of States in all states where Company operates
  • Performs administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc.)
  • Performs routine office duties, such as photocopying and scanning documents, and helping prepare them for
court filings
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Mentors and train new hires and less experienced team members

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be

  • Six (6) or more years Related experience (Required)
  • Experience with Legal Tracker (Preferred)
  • No Licensure or Certification Required.
