Injection Molding Engineer Denver, CO - relocation support available$105-130k base salary US Citizen or Green Card HolderI'm working with a global medical equipment manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Engineer to join their growing team in Denver. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role focused on injection molding, plastics processing and tooling within a regulated manufacturing environment. We're looking for someone to act as the technical SME for injection molding and plastics manufacturing, leading process development and optimization, mold design and flow reviews, and troubleshooting complex tooling and production issues. This role will drive process improvements and permanent corrective actions through root-cause analysis, while working closely with Production, Quality, R&D, Maintenance and external vendors to introduce, optimize and sustain automated manufacturing processes.
What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of manufacturing/engineering experience with 2+ years in GMP manufacturing Strong hands-on injection molding and plastics processing experience Experience with mold setup, process development, tooling design and mold maintenance Knowledge of polymers/resins including PVC, Polycarbonate, ABS and Polyesters Ability to review mold designs and understand tooling manufacture, including machining, EDM, polishing and texturing Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement experience Experience working within FDA-regulated or medical device manufacturing environments preferred Interested?
