About the role
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Development Advisor will handle outbound sales calls to generate interest in insurance products, triage consumer inquiries to licensed agents, and work remotely while meeting monthly transfer goals.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to sales prospects, making upwards of 800 calls daily
Overcome sales objections and transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents
Achieve specified monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer conversions
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
Experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role is preferred
Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
