About the role

RSM US LLP seeks a Principal for the Deal Services team within the M&A Integration and Separation Advisory practice. The ideal candidate has 10–12+ years in senior M&A leadership at a top firm, with strong experience in integrations and separations and a broad contact network across PE and mid-market clients. You will lead planning through execution, develop new business, supervise engagements, and drive growth within the practice and firm, with substantial travel required.
