Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Hours: Full-time, 60 hours per pay period

What Youll DoMaintain landscaping and grounds to keep outdoor areas attractive and welcoming. Remove snow and ice from the property. Perform exterior building maintenance, including repairs and painting. Repair and rescreen windows and doors. Help maintain apartments and common building systems. Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, staff, and management. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in periodic on-call coverage.
