Dover Corporation's Ball Ground site is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing, sourcing, planning, and the CES projects portfolio onsite in Ball Ground, Georgia. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement while championing Lean and OpEx initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end ETO/MTO execution, manage P&L, and develop a high-performing team
