About the role
Payroll Tax Processor We need candidates specializing in backend payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience. Skills include previous work with state agencies, work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and third-party authorizations, multi-state tax experience, Microsoft Office Suites (Excel), clear and effective communication, and attention to detail ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed. Education includes a high school diploma with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience, a solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state, and Fica taxes, tax filing experience- payroll tax filing, attention to detail, fast-paced project experience, testing experience, and a high school diploma. Payroll experience includes 2-3 years of experience. Top skills include attention to detail, self-motivation, and consistency. 100% onsite. Team culture includes internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings. Possible extension.
