About the role

Actalent is seeking an LC-MS Principal Research Scientist to lead pre-clinical GLP bioanalytical method development, validation, and sample analysis using triple quadrupole LC‑MS/MS. The role covers small and large molecules, ADCs, and complex workflows, with direct technical leadership and client-facing collaboration. You will ensure GLP compliance, generate high‑quality reports, and supervise lab activities in a fast‑paced, teamwork‑driven environment.
