About the role

Opensity Solutions in NYC is seeking a Senior Event Coordinator to support the coordination of large in-person and virtual events for a global law firm. You will work closely with the Senior Event Planner, bringing passion, detail orientation, and strong organizational skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid role requires hands-on planning from venue scouting to day-of management, vendor relations, logistics, guest lists, catering, and on-site production.
