Seeking a full-time remote Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, the role focuses on designing and delivering exceptional training experiences while developing go-to-market collateral to support enterprise and mid-market sales teams in selling EPM and equity services solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to execute enablement strategy, including training design and collateral development Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops, adapting to audience needs in real-time Build comprehensive go-to-market collateral and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related fields within enterprise software or B2B SaaS Proven expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms and equity services Exceptional facilitation and training delivery skills with a strong ability to engage diverse audiences Experience in building comprehensive go-to-market collateral from scratch Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and measuring program ROI
