About the role

Chainlink Labs is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to be embedded within business teams, acting as the de facto Chief People Officer for their unit and owning employee relations, performance management, levelling and promotions, and compensation. As part of the role, you will gather deep, anecdotal feedback and report to the team leader and Chief People Officer to enable rapid, informed actions by the Executive Leadership Team. This is a global, remote-based position with EST overlap.
