About the role

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehab department, drive clinical excellence, and align operations with regulatory and financial goals. You will oversee staff performance, documentation accuracy, and interdepartmental collaboration within the facility. The role requires a PT/OT/SLP license, or rehab tech qualifications, and a strong background in managed care, staffing, and quality improvement.
