Job Title Assemble precision coils, transformers, inductors, and related magnetic components Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and customer specifications Perform soldering, coil winding, wrapping, taping, and final assembly operations Inspect and verify work using measuring tools and test procedures Identify quality concerns before they become defects Support process improvements and help teammates succeed What We're Looking For 3-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience Experience working with small parts and precision assembly processes Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment Consistent record of quality work and dependable attendance You'll Thrive Here If You Take pride in producing accurate, defect-free work Hold yourself to a high standard while remaining open to coaching and learning Enjoy figuring things out and improving how work gets done Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment Want to grow with a company that is raising the bar
