About the role

AREA SALES MANAGER | SPINE & SI FUSIONTwo opportunities across the Western USYou’ve opened surgeon accounts, earned their trust in the OR and turned first cases into regular business. How would you like to take that experience into a larger regional remit with an expanding SI fusion portfolio? I’m working directly with the new commercial leader of a publicly traded MedTech company on two Area Sales Manager hires. There’s more to take to your surgeons. An acquisition has expanded the implant portfolio, a new product has launched and further launches are planned. With products covering different surgical approaches, you’ll have more ways to develop physician relationships and grow case volume. The two territories: • Pacific Northwest: Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. • Southwest: California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico. You’ll take responsibility for growing your region: opening surgeon accounts, developing productive distributor relationships and building consistent business beyond the first case. The company is strengthening both its direct sales presence and distributor network, so experience developing business through both channels is particularly relevant. I’d like to speak with people who can point to accounts they’ve personally won and grown. Spine or SI fusion sales experience and established relationships in these markets are central. Experience selling to interventional pain physicians would make your background especially interesting.#Medical DeviceSales #Spine #SIFusion

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
