About the role

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the portfolio monitoring platform.o Streamlining the collection of portfolio company data using portfolio company reporting packages anddeal team models.o Reviewing and validating data quality, identifying gaps, and helping to implement solutions tostrengthen data integrity.o Partnering with sector leads on monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, mapping company data into themonitoring system and aligning outputs with firm-wide reporting needs.o Developing subject-matter expertise across assigned sectors, serving as a key liaison with deal teams onreporting, data collection, and internal monitoring. Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data collection processes. Contributing to projects and special initiatives, providing data-driven support to team leadership and cross functional stakeholders. Supporting the timely and accurate completion of ad-hoc deliverables related to Limited Partner or internalrequests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3+ years of experience in data administration, data analytics, or FP&A. High proficiency in Microsoft’s suite of office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Understanding of financial reporting metrics and operational KPIs. Knowledge of portfolio monitoring platforms (e.g., iLEVEL, 73 Strings, Chronograph, Capital IQ).
