About the role

Signature-Healthcare is seeking a Director of Human Resources in Brockton, MA. This full-time role (40 hours, days, 1st shift, 8:00am–4:30pm) oversees HR business partner activities, employee and labor relations, and day-to-day HR operations with emphasis on the Nursing department. The position demands seasoned expertise in a unionized healthcare setting and guiding investigations, reporting to the VP of HR and senior leadership.
