About the role
- We have multiple six figures of Meta ads data on therapy and healthcare lead gen. Your first job is to audit every live account and find the gaps in cost per lead, cost per booked call and client results.
- Then you and I agree on an end-to-end process that lets our team launch up to 10 client campaigns a week and optimize them in Ads Manager as needed.
- From there, you run that process across every account.
- You’ll build the automation that makes this possible: Claude or ChatGPT, n8n or Make, the Meta Marketing API, Conversions API, and GoHighLevel. If you’ve already built an AI-powered Meta ads system, say so in your application. That experience matters more than anything else on this list.
- The goal of this role
- Get clients good, consistent results so they renew.
- Use what the accounts teach us to find the niches and clients that perform best.
- Every niche that works becomes a market for our own B2B marketing.
- More clients succeeding means more renewals, and more renewals means more money for you. That’s where the CMO track comes in.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
