About the role
As a fully remote opportunity, the Director of Workforce Planning will develop and implement capacity plans to align workforce strategies with business demands, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and effective decision-making.
Key responsibilitiesDevelop short and long-term capacity plans aligned with business demand and growth forecasts
Analyze workload and demand trends to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Produce capacity reports and insights to support timely decision-making by leadershipRequired qualificationsExperience in capacity planning, workforce planning, or demand planning in a complex organization
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience building forecasts and models using structured planning approaches
Strong collaboration skills with HR, Finance, and business teams
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel or equivalent planning tools
