Integrity is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our fast-growing team in Dallas, TX. You will draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial agreements, advise on legal matters, and support CLM implementations while collaborating with business stakeholders and outside counsel. You bring a JD, active bar license, 7+ years of transactional experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. HIPAA knowledge a plus.
