About the role

J19 Investment Company is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build and own a pipeline for selling condos. You’ll prospect renters and past leads, door-knock communities, and coordinate with lenders and title companies to close every deal. You’ll work evenings and weekends, using calls, texts, and emails to move buyers through tours, pricing, and financing. Realistic first-year earnings target $150k–$200k, with uncapped upside.
