- Required graduate of an approved school of professional nursing or physical therapy.
- Required to have and maintain a valid clinical license, per state requirements to complete this job in accordance with applicable board's rules.
- Required to have minimum of one year of experience.
- Required previous experience in a Medicare home health or hospice setting.
- Required to have and maintain CPR certification, as required by position.
- Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence
- Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law
- Preferred previous experience with packet review / quality improvement.
- Preferred previous experience with coding.
- Required to have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition and be able to safely drive in all types of weather conditions.
- Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
- Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
- In-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
