About the role

GHSP in Hart, MI is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to design and implement lean manufacturing systems that reduce waste and boost production efficiency. You will report to the Plant Manager and mentor teams across the plant. You will develop 5S and employee suggestion processes, educate staff on lean concepts, and participate in benchmarking with customers and suppliers. A background in lean manufacturing and automotive experience is required.
