About the role

Verily Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefits Program Manager to oversee daily administration of health, welfare, and 401(k) plans, and to lead the annual open enrollment process. This role requires deep technical expertise and independent vendor management. You will ensure ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA compliance, manage relationships with carriers and TPA, reconcile invoices, and communicate complex benefits concepts to employees in a clear, actionable way.
