Desk Assistant/Office AdministratorRideNow Powersports - Dallas, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for a highly organized and dependable Desk Assistant/Office Administrator to support our dealership operations! If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting both sales and accounting teams, this is the opportunity for you!This position plays a vital role in ensuring deals are processed accurately, inventory and title records are maintained, and both internal teams and customers receive timely and efficient service. You'll receive generous training pay to get started and enjoy a collaborative, team-first work environment.Key Responsibilities:Review sales deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and required signaturesSubmit funding packages and ensure follow-up for timely processingRegister warranties and apply applicable rebates, incentives, and bonusesKeep the sales desk fully stocked with required forms and documentsProcess and manage titles through the WebDealer systemTrack and manage dealership inventory and title documentationNotify customers when license plates are available or mailedMonitor and track lien payoffs to ensure proper documentation and follow-throughCoordinate with both sales and accounting departments to support operational needsAssist with other clerical or administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or similar administrative roleStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a high-volume environmentClear verbal and written communication skillsComfortable using dealership systems and standard office softwareProactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing prioritiesMust be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work stationWhat We Offer:Competitive healthcare benefitsEmployer paid life and short-term disability insuranceGenerous paid time off and vacation planEmployee discounts on powersports vehicles, parts, and merchandiseGrowth opportunities within a national dealership network we promote from within!All applicants must pass pre-employment screening including background check, MVR, and drug testing.
