Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Coordinate with various departments to address inquiries and provide support. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary. A successful Corporate Receptionist should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Experience with managing front desk operations and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Competitive salary up to $70,000 per year plus OT eligible.
