- Experience in family therapy and working with co-occurring disorders
- Knowledge of DSM-5, ICD-10, and ASAM criteria
- Strong group facilitation and communication skills
- Understanding of Native American cultural values and healing practices (Red Road)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- No felony or DUI convictions within the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a background checkCPR/First Aid certification (or obtain within 90 days)
