Sports-Minded Marketing Associate Ready to turn your competitive spirit into a career? We’re growing our marketing and sales team in the Maryland office and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing people who enjoy working with others, setting goals, and challenging themselves to improve. Whether you’re a recent graduate, coming from retail or hospitality, an athlete, or simply looking for your first opportunity to build professional experience, you’ll receive hands-on training in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership.
What You’ll Do: Engaging with customers and introducing them to products and services Creating positive customer experiences and building brand awareness Working toward individual and team performance goals Learning and applying sales and marketing strategies Collaborating with teammates and leadership to improve campaign results Developing communication, presentation, and leadership skills Who We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills High school diploma or equivalent required Goal-oriented and competitive mindset Self-motivated, quick learner who takes feedback well Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment Interest in professional growth and leadership Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, and/or athletics experience are helpful not required.
