About the role
- Lead global market benchmarking efforts and analyze competitive compensation practices to support salary structures, hiring decisions, promotion recommendations, and annual compensation planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on job evaluations, leveling, market matching, position design, and offer development.
- Support development and maintenance of global salary structures and compensation frameworks.
- Develop and present communication materials, training content, and manager resources related to compensation philosophy and pay transparency.
- Manage annual compensation cycle preparation and execution, including merit increases, promotions, bonus planning, equity grants, and compensation budget administration.
- Manage administration and communications related to the Nonqualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) program.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international compensation-related regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of compensation trends, market data, and global pay transparency regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance data integrity across compensation programs.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 6+ years of progressive total rewards experience with at least 3 years focused on Compensation
- Experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry preferred
- Experience managing global compensation programs preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft skills required
- Experience with systems such as ADP, Etrade, and Pave preferred
- This role is based out of our corporate office in Boston, Massachusetts. Rhythm operates in a hybrid-work model. Candidates applying must be willing and able to be in the Boston office in coordination with their department and business needs.
