About the role
- Maintain tolerances, inspection, and production standards.
- Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
- Operate multiple machines in manual machining work centers.
- Proficient use of micrometers, calipers, indicators, and various other measuring instruments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and follow general housekeeping (5S+) standard and autonomous maintenance tasks.
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum six (6) months of previous manufacturing, military, or related experience.

- Ability to operate all workstations effectively.
- Ability to learn and operate in multiple machine cells.
- Ability to perform in a team matrix environment.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and any shift as needed.
- Must be able to walk/stand for 8 hours shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to lift 48lbs and push/pull 48 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
