About the role
- Coordinate and process escrow and settlement files to ensure timely and accurate closings
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, loan processors, and internal team members
- Process loan packages and prepare files in compliance with settlement and accounting guidelines
- Create, review, and update settlement statements
- Coordinate closing logistics and attend closings when required
- Handle disbursements, post-closing activities, and related follow-upReview reconciliation items, aging escrow files, and assigned exception reports
- Support document recording activities when applicable
- Collaborate with leadership on workload priorities, operational issues, and special projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience in real estate loan closings and settlement operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review real estate transaction documents
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
