About the role

Community Autism Services is seeking a Senior BCBA to support children and families in our home and community-based program in the San Diego area. Our assent-based ABA model emphasizes growth, excellence, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, supervising RBTs, mentoring staff, and collaborating with families, schools, and clinical teams. A Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and an LBA license are required, with 2+ years of ABA
