In this hands-on role, you'll keep critical equipment running at peak performance, working in the field where your expertise truly makes an impact. Responsibilities: Perform on-site diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heavy or commercial equipment in the fieldConduct routine preventive maintenance inspections to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifeTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failuresMaintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentationCoordinate with crews and management to prioritize and schedule field service callsEnsure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with company and industry guidelinesManage and maintain a company service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory Requirements: Proven experience as a field mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technicianStrong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsAbility to work independently in the field with minimal supervisionValid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plusProficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment repair softwareStrong troubleshooting skills and attention to detailAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks About Us: BRANDED R&L LLC is a trusted name in the Vero Beach, FL area, committed to delivering reliable equipment solutions and exceptional service to our clients.
