Oversee local services (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.2. Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities3. Manage partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.5. Act as a strategic leader for the team, overseeing team members' performance, driving critical business decisions, and shaping the long-term direction of creator operations.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of operation-related work experience, and experience in creator economy / operations preferred.- Good communication and coordination skills and strong empathy, master the operation methodology of creators and KOL.- Experience managing team.- Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics.Preferred Qualifications:- Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.Req ID: A205984
